So who here LOVES sprouts and who is a sprout HATER?
It's a vegetable that certainly divides people and families! I love how lots of us have a unique Christmas sprout recipe. This is my cumin and mustard sprout dish but I also love to shred them with bacon and cream and bake them.
Do you have a special Christmas sprout dish - if you do I would love to hear about it.

Steamed with a little turkey gravy on them, roasted with garlic and bacon Love them !

Halved, 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, salt, pepper, toss together and place in 215C fan oven for 40 mins. Once done, sprinkle a little feta cheese and keep in heat for 5 mins. Even my kid eats this. 😊

These are my trademark at Christmas. Most everyone tolerates them on the table, and I’ve started to make converts. It’s an acquired taste. This year however I’ll miss that cause I’m not in the US this year. But, if I could find Brussels sprouts in Nicaragua, I’d make these!

Halved & Marinated in lemon juice, honey, cumin, fresh white pepper, salt, then pan cooked in butter on super slow and covered. Strain off juices and save while quick roasting. Pour back juices and serve😂

Thank you for the lots of ideas for sprouts.
Hate them in my Childhood, love them now.
Do them in a large pan with buttet and Breadscrumps

Brilliant I love sprouts so much I would eat them raw. Probably due to my parents over 60 years ago telling me not to leave the table until I had cleared my plate.

Fried in a little olive oil and butter with lardons, mushrooms and roasted chestnuts till lightly brown on the sides of the sprout that are cut in half. When done removed to a bowl and sprinkle with raw chopped chestnuts .
