I love sharing a new recipe with you and I have just uploaded a new one! This one shows you how to make fresh pitta bread at home! They are light and fluffy and fragranced with carom or ajwain seeds.
They are pretty similar to naan bread but actually more simple to make. If you are looking to make something for the kids through lockdown pitta pockets make a great little lunch. You can fill them with anything they like - hummus, ham, cheese or even left over curry.
Check out the link for the full recipe. If you want to see some more bread recipe ideas I have pulled together lots you can try in my new Indian bread ebook - check out the shop to download it!

Hiya, what alternatives would you use if you can’t get carom and ajwain seeds? What are their flavour profiles, because hands up, I have never heard of them. Xxx
