@elisabethjohl yes not as much water though- they were a just a little firmer and a bit crumbly I think I might try adding a little oil next time or try an alternative gluten free flour. A couple dried out a little bit before I cooked them they were actually more successful!

@andrewsherman it’s the first time I’ve used it. It looked just like shredded chicken when I ‘pulled’ it and absorbed all the flavours beautifully- will definitely be a regular go to recipe!
