Hey! this is my vegan version of Hari's delicious Lamb Kofta recipe. I used tofu and walnuts instead of meat. The entire place smells so, so good!

@nadav.reiss sounds wonderful and you have made my day reading your comments. There is so much more joy in using spices and some of the techniques handed down and even if one person is able to use them then that’s perfect!

@Hari Ghotra I ground 300g of firm tofu with 3-4 tbsp of walnuts, and than I pretty much followed your recipe, but I also added about 2 tbsp of cornstarch :) Btw I have to say I've learned so much from you! Up until a few months ago all I used for this type of cooking was curry powder and cumin powder. I have since fallen in love with whole spices thanks to your videos. 😍
