An incredible recipe from Hari. I have been struggling for years to inject flavour into my chickpeas. Either overly cumin, or too tomatoe based - neither of which is particular appetizing. Haris recipie is perfect. I used a pressure cooker and needed longer than 30 minutes despite soaking overnight. I cooked mine for 45 minutes on medium - high! I also decided to cook my gravy down for a more Robust thicker sauce as I didn’t have any rice to soak it up.
