I have just blended 1250g of spinach because I got it cheap, it has made 1200ml. Should I freeze some or put it all in Murgh Saag Walla?

@Hari Ghotra I made a mistake, It made 1200ml and I used 600ml and I used 5 big thighs.

800g is already a lot do maybe freeze some - I might adjust the recipe

@Andy Hill I do have 11 thighs but I wont use them all, will put a couple of extra in. Thanks.

depends on the amount of chicken you have cooked. If 4-6 thighs, l would personally freeze half the spinach for another day.

Personally i’d put it all in but I love spinach. I used approx 800 gms unblended for Hari’s recipe it was quite a lot and you could use less if you preferred less spinach I guess. Hope that helps.
