So a recent survey has said that the Tikka Masala is no longer the nations favourite curry.
Naturally, I have my own, but let's see if you all agree with the current Top 4, vote for your choice below.

I think I’d actually need you to cook it for me to convince me Hari. I trust your right...but there’s a million and one Curries and prefer to cook or be introduced to xxx I know it’s not always about heat but it’s sort of like going to Willy Wonkers factory and having a Marsbar!!? 🤓
@Damian Green a fresh and tasty korma with heat can be very satisfying
I neeeed heat and depth
Is Korma actually a curry!??
I need to try laal Maas clearly ! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
My favourite has to be chicken Hyderabadi biriyani, made at home of course! I must have a go at it in the slow cooker soon!
From a non traditional point of view i really like Madras (from the choices in that survey). However, i have so many traditional favourites too. I live in Brisbane - Australia and it can be difficult to find a decent traditional indian restaurant. However, i did find one 8 years ago and have been eating there ever since (Moti Mahal - Everton Park). The owner really opened my eyes to traditional indian foods and I'm fascinated by the range and tastes. I find that alot of western restaurants tend to water everything down and heavily alter the original dishes. I've started making my own dishes at home and it's been an interesting journey.
Love Laal Maas, Xacuti, Pachamama's in Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire do an amazing Goat curry, and i do like a robust Railway curry (sometimes called Jungle curry)
I love how all you guys have much more discerning tastes when it comes to Indian food rather then the old favourites - bravo 👏🏽
Hi Hari. Your Jalfrezi is superb. My all time favourite though is Laal Maas.
butter chicken or xacuti, depending on how I feel 😁
this was a very hard choice to make as I like both Korma and Tikka Masala.. Korma won😃😃
Have recently discovered a dish called Dilruba, sweet and hot with Naga chillies.
I think the four above are too generic these days, as there are far more interesting and varied dishes to be had.
But if pushed, I’d go for the Madras.
Interesting Tikka Masala isn't so popular with serious curry lovers.
I'm in the 55% 🌶️😎
I like spicy chicken tikka Chilli mosala
