Home made ghee cos no time to go to shop. Out of all the curries I have cooked with you this last almost year, my partner says it is one of the best. The house smells amazing. I have never ordered a biryani in a restaurant but hell I am glad I never have because this is off the richter scale for layers of taste and aromas. I added rose water too .Thankyou, I am a convert, going to make this for my moroccan neighbours with halal chicken. She was very intrigued when I described this.

Well done. That looks divine and it is so worth it isn’t it. Sadly unless you are in London with award winning restaurants, most Indians stick a few peas on top, fill the rice with 3 dyed colours and call that a biryani. Couldn’t be further from the real thing!
