hi. im new to this. i do 5:2, does anyone have any recipes for fast day meals. Thanks in advance

@sheetalpatel2005 ok 500 - I would take a look at the recipes as most can be tweaked to that calorie value. Remove the oil etc try the lentils and even the tandoori - leave out the yoghurt and just use the spices.

for 5:2, for 2 any 2 days you eat 500 calories & the other days you eat to your TDEE

Depends what calories count you are trying to hit in fast days? I thought fast days where just water/tea etc
