Good evening, today I cooked a vegetable Vindaloo from Harri’s Slow cooker book.
I used swede instead of potato
and added some bilimbis, (I hope that is spelt correctly) and one dried scotch bonnet.
Have a good weekend. We’re having our vacations tomorrow. 👍💉😊

Hi @Ian Thompson I searched about Swede, and you know, It's a Vegetable I eat in my Childhood, my Dad grows them in the garden. But I don't know if I am able to find them here,. But thanks you I remembred😊❤️

Hi @elisabethjohl, a swede is a yellow fleshed root, it is called rutabaga in N America. The Bilimbi is a fruit of the cucumber tree, a close relative of the carambola-commonly known as the star fruit.
