I didn’t go to my usual supermarket yesterday and couldn’t get fresh prawns. But I did make 2 paranthas with Alex last night. Put the rest of the dough in the fridge and made the rest tonight. Today bought fresh prawns and made your mango salad, a stonking result. Thanks again for an amazing recipe and for your time in an increasingly stressful moment in our lives. Thanks also to Alex for his time too. I live with a baker and pasticceria so I know the passion and dedication that goes into every loaf and pastry and how knackering that is. So a grateful thanks to both for you for giving up your time to give us so much joy and knowledge of new things and to celebrate what binds so many of us together . Cooking good food and sharing it and the love of creating it with and for the people we care about. 🙏🏻
