Kitchen in absolute carnage!! 3 curries and about to do potatoes too!! Idea is to make batches and freeze down for when I’m not well enough to cook!! I’m normally more organised than this, but had the shopping delivered and some fruit and giant sweet potatoes would fit in the fridge!! 😂
