@Hari Ghotra I added toasted cashews and an extra topping of yogurt as the taste and texture wasn’t quite right - it made a good difference. I can see where the lamb would taste amazing in this dish! Somehow the veggies as an alternative lacked the sweetness and depth the meat would bring to the dish. I added chickpeas to the leftovers which did improve it a little more. I love experimenting with your dishes and the camaraderie of this group 🥰
