Kitchen carnage! Almost finished dishes - went with your suggestion of jackfruit and peppers - looking tasty 😋 Substituted green lentils for mung dhal as I was unable to find any and my usual Asian supermarket is not classed as ‘local’ still looks delicious though @Hari Ghotra | Admin will post tomorrow when it’s plated up 👌🏼
