Hi Hari I have 2 questions . How long should I soak urad dall chilka for? usually do it overnight but forgot and I want to get ahead of tomorrows lunch. I have read anything between 4-8 hours?? Q.2 How long can I marinade the chicken for for your murgh sag wala. Could I do it last thing tonight without it being overly marinaded, again for lunch tomorrow. Many thanks . Enjoyed watching the cook along last night must make that aachar , love spicy tom chutney.
