@Gordon Moore I thought that tonight I'd try tagliatelle made with atta, grated lemon, black pepper and egg. I'll serve it tossed in lemon butter, with a piece of tuna and brocolli spears.

@Hari Ghotra so would I! I'll let you know. it appeals because it's a wholewheat ground flour. I've just dug my pasta machine out from the back of one of my cupboards.

Pasta with atta is fine it’s a strong Durum wheat so chakki should be fine too. I’d be interested to know how it comes out.
