@naturesdencatherine I find that the chunks don’t taste nice unless in something spiced. Either Mexican or Indian, never tried it in Thai yet. Xxx

Oh good! I did the tikka masala with defrosted quorn that was delicious too! I don’t use quorn a lot -I really went off it but it does seem to work in @Hari Ghotra dishes! Must be all those amazing spices and flavours 😋

@Hari Ghotra absolutely loved it! This the new favourite. Definitely finding it easier as understanding when spices need to go in at what stage and why. Such gorgeous flavours xxxx
