Last nights tea...completely nailed this Lamb Madras Hari...prob best one I’ve don’t so far. I did slightly tinker with the recipe, adding 4 fresh green chillies and I felt it needed a dusting of garam Masala just before a handful of chopped Coriander at the very end. Roti breads and plain rice were perfect accompaniments...oh and with a glass (or 2) of red to wash it down of course. The lamb, tender but still slightly pink on the inside, with the glossy Madras sauce clinging to the meat, packed a lovely punch. And there’s some left over!!! Result!!

I love Lamb snd meat on the bone so one of my favourites is the lamb chop curry @Damian Green but I up the number of chillies.
boom 🌶️⚡
Thank you @royston.dutton
Looks very nice @Damian Green
Have you got a fav Hari??
....better than any take out!
I did enjoy using the kits definitely - I’ve used 3 this weekend - Chicken Biriyani with Veg Pakoras and this Lamb Madras tonight. The curry kits are great, I do enjoy doing everything from scratch and even prepping the spices but sometimes it’s great to know things have been prepped for you, when you really are short of time or not 100% sure you’ve got every single spice in the cupboard...and this is where the kits come in handy. The spices are great quality and you really get the buzz from making an authentic curry, way better than any takeout..spot on Hari xxx
Just loving your work @Damian Green looks sensational and is making me really hungry 😋 . Did you enjoy using the curry kit? Do you think others would like to use them?
