I was thinking more of a tin of beans but Asian style.MattCabout 1 monthBest recipe I've ever made with cannellini beans - sorry, not Indian - was a dip: fully cooked beans (I'd guess 1/4 of your bag); 2 heads (yes, heads not cloves) of roasted garlic; juice of 1 lemon; large handful of fresh dill; tsp of honey or sweetener of choice; pinch of salt & pepper. Mash the cooked beans, squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves, add everything else to a mixing bowl. If it gets a bit dry, just add some water.
