#fridaycurryclub WOW 😲 absolutely stunning 🤩 two minor changes - I used chicken on the bone and I used black cardamoms. I also like to leave a masala to sit for a couple of hours to allow the flavours to develop. I even managed to make circular roties 🤔 that is if circles have corners 🤦
