When I buy a chicken pathia from my takeaway the sauce is smooth hot sweet and bright red in colour is this due to the chilli or food colouring as yours appears so different?

For me personally a restaurant style pathia would be great! I have tried your style and enjoyed it but I prefer it with a sauce! Thanks

Hi @haines871 My pathia dish has been stripped back - this was a dish I made because I wanted the sweet and sour flavours in a dry dish. Many restaurant use lots of tomato purée for the colour and to make it more saucy. Neither are right or wrong just different. I guess I should get a restaurant style pathia in the app too! My work is never done!
