After last week's black pepper chicken - which is now my favourite - I decided I needed a chilli kick 🌶 Tonight's dinner was lamb madras which is the first @Hari Ghotra recipe I ever cooked. I bought the curry kit oh such a long time ago - Hari must have been a teenager back then - and it's been my favourite ever since. BTW - lunch today was hot sticky wings which is my favourite 🙆‍♂️
