I’m loving the bread ebook. I see mention of idli and sambar. I worked in Bangalore for a couple of months some years ago. That was breakfast every day. Tasty. I’m not sure if I want to go through the whole idli making process but it is very tempting. Not to mention the sambar too. Yum.
