

I upgraded the Red Lentil Dahl to a Aloo Palak Masoor Dahl by adding leftover potatoes and some spinach. Served with yoghurt, wonderful spicy tomato chutney and an egg.
Best thing about it ... there's some leftover for brekkie 😍
