Pani puri with potatoes and peas with tamarind chutney, mint chutney and yoghurt.
Papadums with mango chutney, cucumber raita, besan chutney
Dessert; traditional Swedish cheesecake, like almond paneer with cream and cloudberry jam.

@Hari Ghotra with experience from working as a chef I can manage to plan and have a lot going on in my head and on the stove. It's all about mice en place and "Never walk empty handed". It took about 4 h to finished all off.

My all time favorite are Lamb Bhuna. Even some of my guests that normally dislike lamb loved it 😍

I used asafoetida for pani puri and lentils and black salt for dipping sauces ... lovely authentic fragrances in the whole house 😂 and wonderful taste of course.
Kids loved the chicken, as always.
Pani puris was new to almost everyone but they stuffed their heads in silence except from groans of joy and some yummies 😂😂
Best of all ... me and my hubby have all leftovers to our self 😋❤
