No picture this time but i have just remade your Garam Masala. Have made a few, this one is the best! I roasted the spices and am keeping it in a jar smells and tastes amazing! Where else would you use Carom seeds, Hari? I have a bag nearing thier expiry date! Gonna get back to slow cooking next week!
