Great to have #fridaycurrynight back ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ @Hari Ghotra loved the colour coordination - even the kitchen units matched ๐Ÿ˜€. I did call out WHITE early on but Neyha was busy with her world tour ๐ŸŒŽ.
And what a meal ๐Ÿ˜‹ the flavours are just amazing. WOW.

@Debbie Gorman well, it was an 80s thing (for me - I'm sure you don't remember the 80s Debbie ๐Ÿ˜‰), Indian restaurant, tandoori chicken starter, chicken korma with naan bread. luckily I had some Indian friends and colleagues who showed me what real Indian cooking was all about - thanks Jarnail ๐Ÿ˜Š - and then I came across @Hari Ghotra who has taken my cooking to a whole new level. ๐Ÿ‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰

@Gordon Moore I had the same retro flashback. I ate chicken korma for years until I was given a madras instead by the staff at my local restaurant. They were fed up with me being a wimp๐Ÿ˜. Never ate a korma again until Hari put it on the menu! Thatโ€™s a fair few decades ago๐Ÿคญ

hi Debbie - yes, naan goes with the retro feel of the korma although this was far better than any korma I've had in a restaurant. I did - no idea why - decide I wasn't going to put the naan under the grill to finish them off. instead I used a blow torch but that didn't work too well so finished them off over the cooker flame. Don't think Mr bun ๐Ÿ˜„ would have been impressed but still tasted good ๐Ÿ˜
