i agree. These are really good. I put in whatever I have in the fridge on Sunday morning. if you add rice flour, they become quite crispy. for me in a restaurant, it's the food that matters. I've eaten amazing food in tiny places.

they were lovely. We have crepes almost every Sunday. practice has made them perfect. We wrap sausages or ham or tuna in them.
