Pork Dopiaza, Spiced Cauliflower Rice and Beetroot sauce. I switched the chicken thighs for deboned pork neck fillets and cooked in it’s own juices with salt, fresh garlic and ginger until tender before adding to the masala. @Hari Ghotra. 3 great dishes. Hari, you are our hero. Thank you

It was a wonderful feast. The beetroot sauce balanced the flavours and kind of brought the whole meal together.

My earlier dish on Sunday was the Lamb Karahi which was also braised the same way as per Hari’s recipe. It makes the meat beautiful and tender and you don’t lose any of the meat juices. I think that method of braising whether it be a shoulder, neck, ribs knuckles or shank is a great way to extract the meat flavour into your curries.

very good idea for slow cooking the lamb first. I checked under rice, couldn't find it, and didn't think to check under veg. I will and I'll definitely try it.

@ k.goldfire13, @ Hari Ghotra. It’s all on Hari our hero’s site. You can find it under the vegetarian options. I just switched the chicken with the deboned pork neck. The neck I first braised with salt, crushed fresh garlic and ginger is a separate pot for 50 min and then added the soft pork and its natural juices to the masala. This gave a great flavour to the curry.

@k.goldfire13 I really enjoyed the cauliflower rice. It kinda feels lighter than rice and provides a texture similar to cous cous but with a spicy punch.
