My first paratha I did along with you was perfect and then it went downhill from there. Too thin, thick, slightly overcooked and definitely not sponge Bob square 😂. But, they were crisp and flaky and the prototype tasted fab with philadelfia. ( I was starving).
Aubergine curry was also fab despite it looking a murky brown. Potatoes here are a nightmare. They either go to mush in 20 mins or take an hour which is what happened last night. They took forever so it was cooking a lot longer. The masala was crazy aromatic.
