Today is Tandoori Saturday 🙋‍♂️ That wasn't the original plan but the weather forecast ⛈⛈suggests I do the Aubergine Curry (with maybe a meat substitute) on Monday and Tandoori chicken tonight. lunch was Tandoori fish kebabs with salmon 😋
