Hi Hari! I have been looking on YouTube and a few people talk about brining chicken in a 2% solution of salt for tenderness what is your take on this?

Thanks Hari! Some chicken thighs are brining in the fridge as I write this! I will post a photo. of whatever I end up cooking with it. It WILL be ome of your recipes though!

Hi @Steviewilcox brining is a great way to get some really tender meat. Works well with turkey too.
