Here is my #fridaycurryclub Achaari Bangun. I've never been a fan of aubergine 🍆 and I'm still not ☹. it's the texture I don't like - puts it right down there with paneer 😝. The masala was tasty and would go great with lamb 👍 I was pleased with the parantha - square roti is my specialty 😅 The only bit that frustrated me was I made perfect circles before the folds 🤦‍♂️
