I'm cooking Thari wala Chicken tonight. It's a classic Punjabi chicken curry and the 'thari wala' just means with a sauce or gravy. It's the first curry my mum made me cook from scratch, on my own and it's now my go to curry when i'm craving my mums food. It's a simple dish, it has to have meat on the bone that's cooked slowly until tender and delicious.
