Pork shoulder adobo with an Indian twist. I added turmeric, kashmiri chilli, coconut milk, bay leaves and fresh coriander. I made brown rice and added cardamom.

it literally melted in your mouth. 2 hours on a slow cook in the oven.

I love pork shoulder. This looks very inviting
