I’m so pleased you enjoyed the dishes @Robert Macmenemey with cardamom you can either crack them which will release the flavour but if you don’t like whole cardamom in you food you can blitz them to a powder or open them and just crush the seeds and use those. In terms of flavour use a little less if you opt for the powder as it is strong. If you are happy with using pods just crack them open - should give plenty of flavour. Hope that helps Hari

They were both delicious Hari. A wonderful blend of flavours and aromas. I took my time with the onions to get them nicely browned and they added a bit of sweetness to it. Definitely one to do again.
Just got one question though. With the whole Cardamom. Should I crush them a bit to release more flavour?

Looks really good @dcmorris27 love that dish. Jaipur in Rajasthan has lots of Mughal influence so snacks like Kachori, bread like roomali roti, Laal maas and tandoori dishes will be good. I just found this article that might give them some ideas of places to eat - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/destinations/asia/india/jaipur/articles/Jaipurs-best-restaurants-by-Vivek-Singh/
I hope they have a fab time!

Hi @Hari Ghotra, got a question : we've got a couple of friends here in France who are heading on holiday to Jaipur in a few months and we would like to give them a preview on the food they may be having. So which dishes would you recommend? thank you in advance x
