So i made a lamb karahi on Sunday this week. I have to adapt the recipes as I have developed allergies to tomatoes and certain types of chillies I use tomatillos instead to replace the tomatoes and it gives the city a lovely acidity I also like a bit more sauce so I leave it a bit thinner. that was the lamb shoulder I used from one of our local farms that has texel lamb breed
