Baked me some bread today and boy was it good! I made it with atta which is roti flour that’s milled with the whole grain. It doesn’t contain as much gluten as bread flour so I wasn’t sure how well it would work. Mixed in some turmeric, honey and kalonji seeds just to spice it up a bit. Results - fluffy, slight peppery sweetness - great with some sea salt butter! Will get the recipe up very soon. 😁
