Friday's Lemon masala chicken. Absolutely delicious. Very light. I added leftover chickpeas, which really absorbed the lemon flavour. I'll be making this very often. A glass of white wine would round this off perfectly. Unfortunately, I don't have any in the house. 😓 next time.
