Freestyling! Aubergine, chickpea and potato curry. Ingredients: mustard oil, cassia bark, cloves, black peppercorns, mustard seeds, cumin, onions, tomatoes, Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric, grated ginger, chopped chillies, baby potatoes, aubergine, chickpeas and garam masala. Method was pretty much as standard in most of @Hari Ghotra ‘s recipes using an onion/tomato masala. Nice and spicy 🙂
