This evening's dinner was tandoori-style chicken thighs with rice and garlic pickle. Was heavy handed with the Kashmiri chilli powder and strained the yoghurt through a fine mesh strainer (first time doing that with a yoghurt marinade), which made a difference. Was very tasty, had to have another piece. And there are leftovers :) Hari's recipe.
