So tonight I made Hari’s famous Chettinad Chicken Curry with basmati rice with onions, cumin and peas. I am absolutely loving cooking with ghee. This is so delicious and packed with flavour. Where have you been @harighotra in all of our lives? Loving the journey!

It was such a homely lovely meal. It went well with the Beyerskloof Pinotage. My daughter Amy said that she picked up this wine in England for £6 although I paid £3.99 in Cape Town.
