This is Sheila being sous-chef (stirring). Note the level of tech involved in following @Hari Ghotra of a Friday. I have my tablet on a stand to watch the video. She has hers laid out nearest camera to do the chat. And the phone in her hand has the recipe so she can call out the spices to me as we are usually cooking half quantities. 🤣😎
