Today's #fridaycurryclub Kakul Maas made with cauliflower instead of chicken. Everything worked out brilliantly without having to add extra water to get a good gravy. 2nd pic is the frozen lemongrass from the Indian grocer today. I would highly recommend *not* purchasing for anyone interested. Couldn't find them to pick out, and only located once in your mouth. Like chewing on a shoelace. Flavour was great though. 😋🙃😉
