I recommend - as Hari suggested - cooking the chicken for a longer time until the meat is ready to fall of the bone. I was a bit hasty with mine and served it into a dish while Hari was still cooking (see pic). I returned it to the pan and cooked it for a further 20 minutes, that's why it appears darker in the photo on my earlier post which was taken after the additional cooking time.
