OK, I'm going to file this one in the "didn't quite work out how it should" folder 😬. @k.goldfire13 Keresa - I'm blaming you for this one 🙅‍♂️. I've never done pastry before but having seen your perfect apple cages I thought there can't be much to it 🤦‍♂️. I'll make my favourite Pecan and Maple Syrup Pastry. Mistake number one - didn't allow the pastry to warm up meaning it just broke apart. Mistake number two - not giving up after mistake number one. Into the oven and it all just fell apart 🙇‍♂️ Ah well - best stick to curry 🤷‍♂️
