Kakul Maas with rice and Falia di sabjee with cauliflower. Starter was pakora with mint and chilli sauce. TT and Mr Bun thought the curry was well balanced, personally the next time I will use 2 tbsp of coconut oil instead of 3 because I don’t like a lot of oil and 4 of my chillies instead of 3. I am my worst critic πŸ™„ I took some to my italian neighbours and they loved it all. 😊 Thanks, the verdict was sweet, aromatic, full of flavour and balanced . It was so different , those aromats will perfume my house for days. πŸ₯˜πŸ˜‹
