hi @Hari Ghotra. I'm slowly but surely working my way through your recipes, but do have one plea! in some of your dhal recipes you use a pressure cooker. not all of us have access to one of these do I wondered if you could include non pressure cooker method/times too? I'm really enjoying your food! Sue
