Dom, a good friend of mine asked me to teach him to make a good curry. He said he has access to fresh fish. I said, with my limited knowledge and @harighotra ‘s inspiration and recipes, we on a good wicket. He made Keralan fish curry with Kabeljou fish, Fish Pakora with Yellowtail, avocado yoghurt and basmati rice. It was so delicious.
