Friday is curry day so what to do? Sheila did some kachumber whilst I did some naan. Then it was time to do some fish pakora to go with them. We used basa fish. The coating fell of quite a lot of them. Tasting a little like Bombay mix but with knobs on! Not a lot left now. 😜
